Reference to certifications, standards, or regulatory frameworks (including GOTS, OEKO-TEX, GRS, ISO standards, EU DPP, and ESG frameworks) on the Services describes ecosystem context and integration capability, and does not constitute a certification, endorsement, or attestation by Tracetex of any product or entity, unless expressly issued in writing by an accredited third party through the Services.
4. Customer-Contributed Data
Digital Product Passport records, supplier declarations, sustainability claims, and traceability data displayed via the Services are contributed by the applicable customer brand, manufacturer, MSME, certification body, or partner. That customer is responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and lawful basis of the information they publish. Tracetex is not the guarantor of individual product-level claims and does not independently verify each data point unless a specific verification service has been engaged in writing.
5. Forward-Looking Statements
Content describing roadmap features, planned integrations, or the anticipated impact of regulatory developments (including phased implementation of the DPDP Act, EU DPP rollout timelines, and other reforms) is forward-looking and subject to change without notice.
